When can I get an epidural?

Third baby and afraid things will move VERY fast. Especially since my husband will be working 4 hours away , I have at least that long before I can go into the hospital so he can watch our kids

Are they likely going to still make me wait until 4cm? Every time I get like An hour Mac relief before pushing and I legit just want the damn epidural ASAP lol

What has everyone else experienced with subsequent and faster deliveries ?
