Hi ladies, scared & don't know what to do. I'm 11 weeks 2 days.

I've had light brown spotting on & off for the last couple weeks, it's always been quite light and 'watered down' if that makes sense? But today it has suddenly got thicker/darker and there was a small streak of pink/red. Is this the start of a miscarriage? Or could it just be the "normal spotting" that people talk about in the first trimester? I've had occasional cramps but I know that's also normal during most pregnancies.

I'm nervous to call my maternity team again and I don't want them to think I'm wasting their time.
