Nipple yeast infection

I exclusively express breast milk for my three week old and I noticed yesterday that my nipples were itchy and pink looking. Bub has a slightly white mouth, I noticed a few days ago but thought it was milk.

I always make sure I clean my breast pump and sterilise it. Since the start of the week my baby has been crying on and off, being extra fussy. I’ve booked a doctors appointment tomorrow for both bub and me.

Has anyone had one before? I’m putting coconut oil on my nipples which apparently helps.
