Endometriosis with ectopic pregnancy

2 yrs back i hve a ectopic pregnancy that tym i came to knw i m having endo. I had surgery. Ryt tube was slight cut to remove the mass. I m trying to concieve but no result. Is there any symptoms to knw ectopic can occurr again or sud i go for IVF. Help me guys
