I just need to know how common it is to have your period during pregnancy? I have a friend that still got her period like normal for 3 MONTHS during the beginning of her pregnancy. So it is possible.. but I'm curious if anyone has Info about it or story's about it. ✌🏻 Please be kind lol

If someone is pregnant they should not be having periods...if she is she isnt pregnant lol. Or something is wrong and she needs to see her doctor

I have two children and 20 weeks with my third and never had a period during pregnancy. If you are pregnant you shouldn’t be having periods because you want your lining to grow and thicken as the baby grows. Also progesterone & estrogen are much higher during pregnancy which should halt the menstrual cycle for 10 months. I know during pregnancy you can bleed sometimes but I don’t think a full blown period should be occurring. Sending my best wishes to your friend and hoping for a healthy and happy pregnancy for her! It's not a period. Some women bleed for whatever reason. Talk to your doctor about it, but Its not actually a period.
