Thrush?? 😩😭😭

Ok ladies I need opinions.. I can't get into the Dr until the 11th because being September, they're pretty booked up. So..

I exclusively BF my 3 month old son, he has thrush for the second time (last time he was 3 weeks old) and is taking Nystatin oral suspension for it. Today I woke up with shooting/stabbing pain in my boob and it hurts to feed him. Then after a feed I noticed a large white area on my tender, pale pink nipple (which seems like a bleb). Both nipples are pale pink and highly sensitive. What do you think??
