So this Saturday I'm babysitting for a friend of mine.
And I'm babysitting her newborn and 1 year old should I cut my finger nails? Or can I leave them for how long they are as long as they are clean?

There’s a reason hospitals don’t allow nurses and aids to have long nails. No matter how much you clean them, there are always some germs left behind. I keep mine cut by preference but also for cleanliness.

I assume you'd be fine. Run them along like a silk shirt or something that any sharp edges would catch on then make sure they are filed smooth. Ive never baby sat tho so my input is moot.

You don't need to cut them. You just need to file them. Specifically the corners. Gotta have round corners with a baby.
