Test gotten fainter 😩 Should I be worried?

I gotten a strong positive on tuesday after bleeding heavily for 1 and a half days then i decided to test again, and im getting faint lines. First i thought it was the rapid test because i know its more sensitive, but i did drink a lot of water prior to taking it, so maybe that’s it? My pee is a pale yellow (sorry tmi)

All my other tests were positive. I’m extremely worried now. I don’t have symptoms except for nausea, im hungry and tired and moody. I had sore bbs but they went away when i started my weird period.
