implantation bleeding is super rare only about 30% of women experience it. It comes out with cervical mucus, imagine a microscopic embryo implanting in your uterus this is how much blood there is, very little. Spotting though is very common in early pregnancy and most women spot throughout the first trimester or later so there is no way to know for sure.
