Suprise period....

So my period is not supposed to start for another 6 days I have no cramps of food cravings no period cramps. Went to the bathroom after class got out and noticed some blood on my underwear. Had no tampon so used toliet paper as a pad. Haven’t bled all day expect for a few drops in the toilet and some dots when I wipe. Help???? Haven’t had any cramping all day and not enough to use a tampon. PS... bf and I are trying for a baby but so far I have gave up hope cause each month I get my period.
