I don’t feel pregnant anymore!!!

I’m 14 weeks tomorrow and for the past couple of weeks I’ve felt pregnant. I’ve been really really bloated and already got a little bump but for the past couple of days I feel it’s gotten smaller and I feel empty down there like there isn’t anything there anymore!!?

I haven’t been bleeding at all, I’ve had no sickness throughout my pregnancy so far just really really exhausted. I know I am over reacting but it’s nerve racking, I don’t have another scan till the end of October and I just want to know baby’s in there and fine.

I worry too much but has any else been feeling this way?
