Hot flash!
I think i got my first hot flash yesterday at work. I was just sitting there working on my clients neck (im a massage therapist) and i suddenly got so hot and started sweating. Like beads of sweat all over. I felt nauseous and slightly dizzy. Then 2 mins later, it was it was gone! I got so worried i did some research. Well come to find out... it was a hot flash 😂
