High risk pregnancy - previous pelvis injury with metal still in pelvis

Hey,

Has anyone carried a baby whilst having metal in their pelvis after injury? I am very worried about carrying and delivering and the risk of hurting the baby. I am yet to have my first antenatal clinic visit (4th october) but am starting to stress about the metal puncturing the gestational sac or some other injury, especially as I have a very active job sometimes.

Any advice would be appreciated.
