Anyone else have this insurance and it covered your fertility testing?

My SO and I have been ttc for 2 years and I want to go get checked but I'm not sure if insurance will cover it or go half. The original testing is 2000$ and sperm analysis is 175$. I'm covered under my husband's work insurance I guess you can say its blue cross blue shield. I heard some insurances cover it but not sure I know before my SO got it, it said it didn't cover fertility treatments but I don't know about fertility testing. Does anyone have this insurance and it ended up covering it? If it does since it was from his job will they see it? I also found some drs that shows "insurance accepted". It shows mine but not sure if they cover it.
