It isn't always a bad thing. I'm a relaxed person to an extent. He sees no urge to do anything quickly baby wise. I've been organised for the most part. He'll have random days when he'll want to get things done, but it isn't at a fast pace. I asked about the cot being put together about 2 weeks ago and he said he would put it up this week. He ended up having to put it up today after my water breaking unexpectedly.

I mentioned going back to the store we got the car seat from a while back for help putting it in safely - nope didn't happen. He's now reading over instructions and fitting it as we speak.

He had to buy a few last minute things today and instead of throwing in the wash ASAP, he waited until the last minute. I told him it wouldn't dry in time, but apparently we have all the time in the world. Practically 6 hours until I need to be induced and he thinks they are going to dry and fly to the hospital. Today he will learn!!
