Implantation or post MC issue??

My husband and I very sadly miscarried the first week of August this year. We haven’t been trying this past month but we just moved into our first home and haven’t exactly been carful. I’m one week away from an expected period and I am getting the same light brown blood in mornings the same as I did when I implanted. Having headaches and strange dreams (again) not sure what’s going on! Any advice from you lovely ladies!! I did take an early test which was negative...I didn’t get a positive response last time until my day of missed period.
