Please help hcg didn’t double

Hcg was 255 progesterone 29 then on second check hcg was 485 and progesterone was 27. I have to go back on Monday for another draw. It would have been double if it was 510 so missed it by 25.

Anyone experience this . Should I prepare for mc ?!!
