False alarm at 35 weeks

Anyone else had false alarms? Around midnight last night I had strong contractions.. went to the delivery unit when they asked as I couldn’t breathe through the pain! Under examination was told doctor could see baby’s head.. then under another one he said I wasn’t going into labour but to prepare for labour in the next couple of weeks possibly... ! Scary scary time as I lost around half a litre of blood during examination, but for now baby is staying put please!! 👶🏼 praying to make it to 37 weeks 🤰🏼
