Ovulation before period?

So I miscarried my husband and i’s first baby May 21, 2018. I have not had a period yet but yesterday had a BUNCH of egg white CM and tested positive on an ovulation test. (The test line was darker than the control line). Today my nipples are so sore and in pain. My boobs don’t hurt at all but my nipples do. I’ve never had any period symptoms so this is new. Could I be starting my period right after ovulation? I know it’s usually the other way around. I’m so confused. Please help!
