What do I doooooo?!?!

So ever since Brandon started school he’s completely put me on the back burner. He barely even talks to me any more. Let alone doesn’t touch me or cuddle with me ever. And any time I bring it up he tells me the school is his number one priority and that I’m not supporting him. What should I do.
