Cycle after cycle 👶

I dont know what to do anymore. I had a faint dollar store test come out with a faint line. Then becuz it would have been 2 days after the last test I tested again. I think I am beginning to believe our time has ended for expanding our family. I go for a follow up with my obgyn as they cleared my tubes just before ovulation day on the 24th. And baby danced by using the egg meets sperm method.

The above test was from 2 nights around 930 and pic was taking in the time frame

Then the pic above was tonight. I just dont get it. Did I really get excited and just believed there was 2 lines? My breast are sore, headache from hell and creamy heavy cm
