Help! Pregnant too soon after csection?

So apparently even when you’re breastfeeding and tracking ovulation (obviously not well), you can still get pregnant 3 months postpartum. It took me 15 months to conceive my son trying. I never thought this would happen so soon and I’m terrified. I’m not ready yet. I have a 3 month old (and a 3 year old) and I’m still healing from the csection. I apologize if this is hard to read for those struggling to conceive; before this I could never imagine seeing a positive pregnancy test and feeling dread or terror. But I did. I’ve really been struggling with panic attacks after the csection and I’m not sure what this means for mine and the baby’s safety and most likely another csection if it’s a sticky baby. Has anyone else gotten pregnant so soon after csection? I set a Dr appt but would love to hear your stories. Thank you!
