Excessive peeing and sharp stabbing HELP

Ladies,

Had a very normal day. No problems. Within the last two hours I’ve started getting a sharp stabbing pain in my cervix. But the really kicker is my bladder is filling up every 5 minutes. I have t really drank anything extra and now just all of a sudden I have to keep emptying my bladder. It’s urine, not amniotic fluid. I can control it, however if I try to ignore it and go longer between using the bathroom it just causes the sharp stabbing pain to increase.

Could this be the sudden onset of a UTI?

I’m only 36 & 6. First baby came at 37 &3 when water broke. Nothing like this. Was dilated to a three on Monday. Lost mucas plug last week.

Thoughts please?! Anyone? Trying to decide if I need to call the doctor.
