Eyeliner help!

Hi ladies, so I've had this problem with my eyeliner ever since I started doing makeup.

My eyeliner always rubs off in this one particular spot and I don't know if it's just because of how my eyelid is or if I'm doing something wrong with my makeup.

I use a decent brand makeup btw.

So I always prime my eyelid with foundation, once I finish with my eyeliner I use a setting spray.

I've used three different brands of setting spray and this issue still happens.

I've even tried spraying the setting spray onto a cotton bud and dabbing it onto my eyelid.

I always make sure it dries properly.

I don't see what I'm doing wrong and this issue really bothers me!

Does anyone have any tips??
