Do you wear a bra when sleeping?

I’m 17 weeks pregnant and my boobs are so sore, especially at night (or when I get up to use the bathroom). Will wearing a bra help with the soreness and with any stretch marks?

I take my bra off as soon as I get home and it doesn’t go back on until I go to work the next day 😂

My boobs were SO sore starting a week before I knew I was pregnant so I started wearing maternity bras when sleeping. I found some on Amazon that are super comfy and it made a huge difference in comfort for me!

I wear a sports bra to bed ONLY because my breasts have been leaking a lot since 18 weeks (currently 28+5). They don’t hurt at all just my nipples hurt if I press on them.
