Mucus plug
FTM, 37 weeks & 4 days. I lost my mucus plug this morning, I’ve read that it could still be weeks before baby comes.
Had an appointment Thursday and they said she was still high up there.
Anything I should look out for? Just relax and rest? Labor and delivery terrifies me, I don’t know what to expect. I haven’t had any sort of BH or real contractions.
