Pregnant after mmc? Maybe? What do y’all think??!

Okay so I know I already posted but now I’m overthinking this and need opinions...

I had a mmc in the beginning of July. Started bleeding 7/22-8/4. Hcg has been dropping since. It was 13 last blood draw ten days ago. I’ve been testing on hpts to monitor it going down. Recently I’ve been having some sore boobs and nausea. I thought maybe I was going to get my period, as sore boobs are a sign. But I’ve been nauseas all day. Now that I’m looking at my hpts it almost looks like it was negative when I thought they were still positive from leftover and now I may have a new pregnancy !? The frer was taken tonight with diluted urine. Please God let this be my rainbow 🌈
