Should I bring my daughter to the ER

My daughter is 3 months. & she has this new thing that she keeps choking on her spit and milk. Whenever she eats it could either be 2 oz or 3 oz of milk and once I’m done burping her the milk would come out her nose. She could could of ate 2 hrs ago and take a 15 min nap then she would wake up to throw up/ the milk would come out her nose. It’s has been to the point that I had to do cpr because she was choking. This all started on Friday btw I’m a ftm
