Ingrown hairs will be the death of me...

I’m 17 and have been getting brazlian waxes for about a year now because shaving gave me extreme razor burn. but now I get chronic CHRONIC ingrown hairs. i’ve tried everything. exfoliating, Pbf roll on serum, tend skin serum, lavender oil and nothing works! I seriously feel out of luck and completely defeated. i’m hopefully gonna go to the doctors later this week to try and get an answer/solution but in the mean time does anyone have any suggestions?
