Is it normal

Is it normal to be this upset because AF showed up. This was our first month of trying after IUD taken out. I feel devastated I know it’s only been one month but I just feel awful I can’t stop crying. We only have until December to try for a baby and I feel like that’s way to short of time and I’m not sure I can do this for the next four months. I don’t know what to I feel like this is going to affect my mental health I feel awful
