Working Out?
Do any of you ladies work out? The nausea and vomiting has caught up with me, so I can barely sit through the day on my desk, let alone work out, which obviously makes me feel even worse. I used to work out 3-4 times a week ( nothing crazy,just group classes) but since finding out I haven’t done anything but walk a few miles, a few times 😫 I’m 6 weeks tomorrow and figure my muscles would dissolve if I have to sit it out the whole first trimester😂
