Strange rash/scratches

Does anyone know what these scratches could be from? They have been on her bottom for a few days, but I thought they were just from her itching herself, so I trimmed her nails and they have not gotten any better.

I have never actually seen her scratch herself, but they look just like fingernail scratches. There are no marks or bumps under the scratches. And we have not changed any of her products or diet.

** I understand you all are not medical professionals. I will be calling our pediatrician in the morning, I just wanted some reassurance from other mama’s until then.
