Pregnant at 19

Hey guys I’m 19 due to start uni next week but pregnant ... I really want this baby but worried about people judging me. I know I’ll be able to cope... i will have completed my first year when baby is due then have a plan to take a year out then return when baby can go to the crèche. My boyfriend will work and have student finance and I will also do the same. Should I continue with the pregnancy?
