Motivational speech

Hey I saw a post earlier that made me sad and made me realize someone out there might need this:

What in life do you want to accomplish?

Do you want to see your child or brother or sister or best friend grow up and get married ? Do you want to graduate from college or have kids? Whatever you want to see or accomplish in life, go for it because

YOU deserve to see that and even if you take one step to making yourself better (mentally) everyday that is something amazing. Everyday you need to get up and remind yourself how important you are and how many people in your life care about you. Find one thing that you like about yourself physical or otherwise. Maybe it’s your eye color or your smile or your big heart or even something you did for someone else no matter how long ago it was. Take just a moment and take care of yourself because you deserve caring for. You deserve to be happy and live a good life. Don’t let anyone get in the way of that. No one else opinion about anything should matter about anything but your own. You are special and unique and kind and smart and most of all, LOVED. Even when times get tough keep on trucking because you have a purpose. You never know how something as little as your smile at them could have impacted their life.
