Need help losing weight!

I need some help! It’s gonna be a long story, please bare with me.

I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been, literally 350lbs. And I’m only 21. I’ve had an addiction to food ever since I was a kid, due to some family issues. Long story short my dad was an abusive alcoholic, and would never let me and my brother eat while he and my mother ate in front of us so it’s always been a habit of mine to eat while I could & hide food around my room bc I never knew when I’d eat again.

Anyways, I’ve moved away from the household and am now In an amazing relationship with a man whose loved me unconditionally.

I’ve been wanting to lose the weight, but him & I are both hard core foodies, and I can’t seem to find anything that helps me with the constant snacking and eating what I should. I was a senior in high school and found a diet that worked, but it was so hard to keep it up and i ended up not caring anymore.

If anyone would be willing to share some tips, diet and/or exercise and ways to keep motivation, it’d be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance!
