Low progesterone now too? Ugh why

So I’ve had a thyroid disorder since I was 5. Been on medication and it’s always been regulated , for the last few months it’s showing really off and now I also have low progesterone. November will be my a whole year that my husband and I have been TTC. Most nights I just want to cry. Anyone else go through something similar ? Were your doctors able to figure everything out and you conceived ?

I need stories , happy thoughts ? Something. I’m so exhausted and discouraged at this point. My whole life growing up I was scared of being so safe because one slip up and you’d end up pregnant and now I’m trying to get pregnant for 10 months and my body hates me and it’s not happening.
