Confused... Glow Got It Wrong??

so Glow normally is spot on with its predictions for my ovulation and periods, but this month it's been completely off?? I got a near positive on the 7th, and my first positive on the 8th at like 4 in the morning, so I inseminated the morning of the 9th. but according to glow, I wasnt supposed to ovulate until yesterday. I did get a positive ovulation test yesterday, but a few hours later it was negative, and it's been negative today, too. I dont think I was wrong, because by Sunday night my cm had gone from ewcm to creamy, and my cervix was hard and closed. but this app has never been wrong for me before, and I cant help but feel like maybe I screwed up, and inseminated too early? I waited the 24 hours after my first positive before inseminating, but what if that was too early?? $800 down the drain, if so. has glue been wrong for anyone else like this?
