What’s he up to?

My boyfriend works for my grandfather who owns his own company. Lately he has been changing his clothes at work? He left a job at 3:15 saying he’s heading home. It’s been 2 hours.... I looked it up on my gps and it says all ways possible the drive is only 42 minutes. He is with my brother apparently (my brother also works for my grandfather) but I don’t really want to ask my brother wtf is going on. Am I being too paranoid or is he doing something behind my back... like how tf does it take two hours to get home......
