How long after a birth control removal can you conceive??

How long after a removed Nexplanon implant were you pregnant?? I removed mine on August 6,2018 had sex all of August && I really want a baby I’ve been trying to conceive took a test came out  negative I should’ve started my period  3 days ago took a test the day I was supposed to start came back negative

It varies for everyone, it can take up to 6 months for your periods to become regular, even longer for some people. 
I came off the implant last summer after using it for 5 years. I fell pregnant in November and unfortunately miscarried in January. We fell pregnant again 6 weeks later at the beginning of March and I’m now 27 weeks pregnant. 
My periods weren’t always regular, I conceived during a 6 week cycle the second time! We weren’t going to start actively trying until this summer to give my body time to adjust but we fell and are both over the moon.

I’ve been off for 3 months and have had a fairly regular cycle. Still not pregnant 🤷🏾‍♀️
