Could I possibly be pregnant?

I have the nexplanon implant as my way of birth control and I am used to having signs of pregnancy but not this many. If I am pregnant then I calculated that I would be about 10 weeks, so I looked up the symptoms for 10 weeks and I have all of them. My nausea has gone from the normal nausea to every morning I feel even if I move an inch I am going to puke my guts out. I couldn’t even go to work this morning because it was so bad. I took a test before and it came out negative but I was told by a co-worker that it was probably too soon to test. I also have also had some light bleeding these past few days.
