two nights dreams about being pregnant

i posted other day about dreaming that you were pregnant but now ive already had two dreams this week about me being pregnant. what does this mean and the dreams ive had was that i took a test and it came back postivie like the first dream it was early in morning and was at in law house stayed the night and i took it and it was positive and now dream i just had i was at my moms house and she was doing her live facebook video and i went to take and came back postivie 🤔🤔 i don't know whats going on ?
