4th and last iui this month...heres hoping!

This will be my fourth and I believe my last

IUI. If this one doesn't work I am throwing in the towel and doing IVF. Ttc for 2.5 years, I did 6 rounds of letrozole and timed intercourse. When that didn't work they suggested IUI. I did 2 IUI's with a bigger dosage of letrozole. My 3rd IUI I did letrozole days 3-7 and puregon injections starting day 7. This IUI they skipped letrozole all together and I started injections on day 3. Today was my third injection. I have had every test known to man about fertility and everything is good. My husbands sperm count fluctuates a lot which they are a little unsure of but he has had 20mill 120mill after wash. So all counts high enough that it should work. Here's hoping round 4 works! This journey has been emotionally and financially draining and of course time consuming! My IUI doc is an hour drive away. If I have to do IVF it's 2.5 hrs away....hopefully this round works and we get the BFP and I don't have to put myself through

Update #1 CD 8 went in for an ultrasound and have 4 follicles two small and two that measure 1.7. So far so good!!
