Weight Help 😖
I want to lose weight but it's so hard. I managed pretty friggin' easily before I had my daughter by drinking nothing but Ensures for at least a month due to ending my pregnancy with a bad flu and late-ass morning sickness. I weighed less than I did pre-pregnancy but snapped right back to it.
I've been around 160-165 for years and it's hard to shed it. The lightest I've been at this point has been 147 but that barely lasted. I want to go back to that, or at least 150. I think the reason it's hard is because I have hypothyroidism 🤷. I don't continuously eat like crap but I still need to eat better. Exercising is hard and painful as fuck so I want to start lightly by getting into physical therapy first but for that, I'll have to wait until October for my next doctor's visit so I can discuss it with them.
Anybody know what I can do in the meantime? In terms of what I should and shouldn't eat? 😭
