Retrieval update: Missed ovulation

So biggest concern was missing ovulation and it came true. I asked a million times. They assured me it rarely happened and I was fine. Apparently it happens like once a year and I’m the anomaly. I’m so incredibly angry, I should had advocated more.

I started having some major cramps this morning around 4 and she said that was likely the eggs releasing.

They were able to grab the 5 immature because they didn’t release but it’s because they were immature so chances of fertilization is slim.

On a positive note the procedure was easy and I’m pain free so far.
