Getting a 48 hour cold right after ovulation

Hello ladies, I have a rather weird question. Has anyone experienced cold symptoms after you've ovulated/conceived.? My fiance & I have have been TTC for over a year now after our miscarriage in July 2017 and I have been tracking my ovulation schedule avidly. But this month, I literally got this 48 hour "cold" out of no where and I'm wondering if it could have something to do with us finally getting a BFP. I know I shouldn't get too carried away but did anyone else experience these symptoms and get a BFP?
