Prenatal vitamins
Hi everyone. This is my first pregnancy and I was told to get prenatal vitamins. I HATE taking pills and can barely take an extra strength Tylenol (i have to cut it in half)... I went to the store yesterday and got the “smaller prenatal pill” and it is still ginormous and I can’t take it. The gummies have lemon in them and I am allergic... any suggestions?
