Terrified to give birth

I am 30 weeks and a FTM. As my due date slowly creeps up, I keep on thinking about the process of giving birth! I’m planning on a natural birth, but the thought of all (pain, contractions/etc.) of it completely freaks me out! I can’t wait to meet my son, I’m just so scared! Any tips to calm a mama down? 😅
