Maybe labor signs?

Question

Went to doctor today for our 39 week check up. I am 39 weeks 6 days. Doctor did do a sweep. Since the appointment I’m super uncomfortable, my stomach keeps tightening and I’m feeling extremely nauseous and walking has been a bit of a chore today lol.  Anyone else experience anything similar?

Just keep walking!!!! And do squats any time you feel a tightening or a contraction. I had a membrane sweep at 39 +5 (on a Thursday), was feeling really gross and had mild period cramps. On Friday at 11am I started having timable back contractions that were 10 minutes apart. I went for long walks and even went to the pool for two hours. By 4am on the Saturday my contractions were 4 minutes apart. My daughter was born at 1pm on Saturday.
