True labor or BH🤔

At 39 weeks and 3 days, I'm experiencing what could possibly be contractions. This is my first child and my first time feeling anything like this throughout my entire pregnancy, so I don't know if they are Braxton Hicks or the start of true labor. It's been happening all day, but I've just now started timing them to see if they are consistent and they have been so far (about 3-4 min apart). Also, they're not painful at all, just a little uncomfortable. They have grown to be more uncomfortable since earlier today. Before I send my SO and my family into a frenzy, does it sound like it could be true labor or just a case of Braxton Hicks?

UPDATE: I'm in labor and progressing pretty fast! I'm so excited!
