Informing doctor

I find it very unprofessional when I can’t get ahold of my doctors office or never receive a call back. I called 5 times (no answer) in one day and I couldn’t even leave a voice mail because it was full. I also left a message on Labor Day ( knew I wouldn’t get a call back until maybe Wednesday) I still have yet to receive a call back and it’s already been over a week (business week). I personally love my doctor he’s great answers every question I have, but when I had my son I had the same office (different doctor who is no longer there) I always got a response within a few hours or the next day. So my question is should I tell my doctor how I think his girls in the front are unprofessional?

They use iPads for us to check in so I know they girls aren’t busy with that.

There are three medical professionals that work there two LPNs that give medical advice, see patience and give prescriptions (that’s who I saw first) and one MD.
